"AVENUE RAIDERS"
The "Raiders" football team orginated in the early 60's, about
1963, and was
part of the Burnham YMCA Midget Football League. The "Raiders"
were a
competitive team that was in existance until the late 80's.
The "Raiders" won the
first 2 Championships in '64/'65. They then combined with the
"Little Mingoes",
which is a current team in the JVFL. If anyone has anymore info
