League Meeting Minutes, 11 July 2002 at 8:30, Terrace Pavilion.

OLD ISSUES :

Discussed player numbers for the different organizations, reminded all of the need to

have 13 on each roster by July 31 to participate in the 2002 season.

It was determined, each organization will pay $12 per player back to the League for the

insurance premium. This is only a $2 difference from last season.

The possibility of terminating the Centralized Sign-Ups was discussed. This would put

more responsibility on the coaches and organizations. This will be discussed at the end of the 2002

season.

7th Grade boys was a topic, them enrolling in the Jr. High programs, takes away from

feeder midget programs. Possible having the School coaches attend a meeting.

A fund raiser for the League could very well become an issue for this season. Bingo was

one that was mentioned, any other thoughts need to be brought to the attention of the League.

Not Present for League Meeting : East Juniata (PW), McVeytown (PW), Terrace (PW),

Stone Valley (M).

Outstanding Fines : East Juniata $250, Little Mingoes $50, Lewistown $100, Stone

Valley $100, McVeytown $150, Terrace $100

NEW ISSUES :

Collect all 2002 rosters from organizations.

Flag Football Rules and Schedules will be issued.

Last minute coaching changes, inquire all coaches of Act 34 clearance.

Make appropriate changes for teams not rostering enough players.
