League Meeting Minutes, 12 August 2002 at 8:30pm, Terrace Community Building

OLD ISSUES :

All Rosters for the 2002 season were collected. Coaches will be provided rosters for all

teams at the next League Meeting.

Flag Football Rosters will be due by next meeting.

The 2002 Schedule and Coaching Rosters were finalized for the 2002 Season.

Unanimous vote was in favor for the League to hold "Punt, Pass and Kick Competition"

again for the 2002 season. The event will be held for League players only, i.e. - not open to the public,

and will be held on Saturday October 26, 1:00pm at Mitchell Field.

A Rule will be deleted from JVFL Rules : 1. Policy - C - "No player may be sweated

down by use of a machine or artificial methods by a coach without the parent / guardian written

consent."

No "team hopping" will be permitted if a player is involved in a split household. Once the

player is on a teams roster, the player will remain with that team.

A reminder, all players will be weighed in on the first game, and there will be no allowance

for any equipment.

All organizations were present for the League Meeting.

Outstanding Fines : East Juniata - $250, Little Mingoes - $50

NEW ISSUES :

Discuss any problems thus far in the season that arose.

Any schedule changes, need to be noted.

All scores need to be called in.
