Gates will open at 1:00pm, and weigh-ins will be conducted 30 minutes prior to game time.

All Super Bowl Rosters will be turned in by coaches on Tuesday, 22 October at 8:00pm at the

Community Building. Numerical order with correct spelling.

Individual Super Bowl trophies (I.e. players) can be picked up at Recognition Engraving on Friday,

November 8th after noon.

JVFL Rule Amendment - Tackle and Guard eligible plays are permitted, as long as the eligible line-

man checks in with the referee that he is pass eligible. This was brought to a vote, 16-2 in favor.

The question of 15 yard penalties was mentioned for review, this will be discussed during the off

season for the 2003 football season.

All organizations were present for the League Meeting.

Outstanding Fines : None to date.

NEW ISSUES :

Review Super Bowl Finances, along with PP&K and Senior Bowl.

Discuss any issues through-out post season play.

Cutting for Cheer Competition and belonging to the JVFL.
