League Meeting Minutes, 30 September 2002 at 8:00pm, Terrace Community Building

OLD ISSUES :

2002 Senior Bowl Rosters will be collected at the next League Meeting.

Play-Off Brackets were reviewed for the seeds, all teams will be placed by end of regular season

standings at next meeting.

Games called for darkness or any other weather situations was discussed. Starting in the 2003

season, any game called with 3 minutes or less, with a team down by 9 points - the game will be declared over.

Any team down by 21 points or more after the start of the 4th quarter - the game will be declared over. This will

only effect the games that are called for the darkness and bad wheather. Also, if the game is under these cir-

cumstances, the game is to be finished the following day.

All organizations were present for League Meeting.

No team fines are outstanding at this time.

NEW ISSUES :

Darren Curry to be present to set the referee's schedule for play-off games.

Senior Bowl rosters to be collected.

Super Bowl jobs to be assigned.

Review Play-Off brackets with all coaches.

Trophy order for Flag Football, Regular season champions, Senior Bowl medals.
