League Meeting Minutes, 7 November 2002 at 8:00pm, Terrace Community Building.

OLD ISSUES :

The meeting was a result of an incident that occurred after the Midget Championship

this season. Eric Peters made a racial slur to an individual that was loud enough to be overheard

by AJ Hendricks, followed by behavior by Hendricks that was not necessary. Votes were taken by

a written ballot to determine the sanctions for both individuals. Eric Peters vote was a 9 / 5 in favor

of a 1 year suspension and indefinite probation period (the 5 votes were for indefinite suspension

from the League). AJ Hendricks vote was a 10 / 4 in favor of an indefinite probation period while

involved with the League (the 4 votes were for a 1 year suspension from the League).

2002 Super Bowl Ad money is due at the next meeting. (LM, LP, BT, EJ)

Not present for League Meeting : Little Mingoes PW, Stone Valley M.

NEW ISSUES :

JVFL Cheer Competition to be hosted, speaker to be present.

Finalize date for 2003 Super Bowls, Senior Bowl, Cheer Comp., PP & K.

Kid Connection for 2003, footballs for the kids.

4 volunteers for a League book audit on 15 Jan. 03 at 8:00pm

Super and Senior Bowl receipts and expenses to be reviewed.

Coaching changes that occurred after the season.
