League Meeting Minutes, 9 October 2002 at 8:00pm, Terrace Community Building

OLD ISSUES :

Playoff brackets were discussed. All games will be organized through Darren Curry if League referee

will be used.

The 2002 League Regular Season Champion, Organizational, PPK, trophies were ordered at Recog-

nition Engraving. Still need total of players for Senior Bowl Medals.

League Officials will be used for the Super Bowls and Senior Bowl again this year, cost was deter-

mined to be $40 each per game; same as last year.

Super and Senior Bowl will be taped again this year by Carl Smith from Lewistown Booster Club. Game

tapes this year will be offered by the League. Place all orders with League Secretary.

Lewistown and Indian Valley Boosters were notified, Senior Bowl jersey's also taken care of.

Senior Bowl for Football Players Breakdown :

Lewistown - McVeytown (12), Lewistown (6), Terrace (8)

Indian Valley - Little Mingoes (7), Derry Decatur (7), Belltown (3), Kish (3), East Juniata (5), S Valley (1)

This will provide a game of 26 players each team, rules to be reveiwed at next meeting. Senior Bowl

practices will be held at Rec Park from the hours of 6:30pm until 8:00pm. The lights will only remain on

for those said times.

All teams were present for League Meeting.

Outstanding Fines : None to date

NEW ISSUES :

Super and Senior Bowl jobs to be determined from hat drawing.

Review jobs and show up times for the games, trash detail.

Any other items needed to be discussed.
